Biography
Joseph Donovan is the Technical Director and Production Manager at the University of Maine where he teaches Stagecraft and other technical theatre courses such as Drafting, Technical Direction and Stage and Production Management. Previously Joe worked as the Production Manager at The Penobscot Theatre in Bangor and prior to that was the Technical Director at The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey for three seasons. Other credits include work with The Barnstormer’s Theatre, Connecticut Repertory Theatre, The Barn Theatre and Humboldt State University where he received his MFA in Technical Production.
